FROZEN FOOD COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Dim Sum – Chicken/Veggie Gyoza (pot stickers) and BBQ Pork Gow
Cooking instructions
Add a few drops of oil into water. Put frozen gyoza into boiling water for 15-18 minutes under high medium heat, keep stirring to avoid them sticking to the bottom. Ready to serve when they are floating to the top. Drain water out and ready to enjoy. For pan fried, remove cooked gyoza onto a non stick pan with oil, fry till golden on the bottom and serve.

Defrost first
Heat up oil in a saucepan to burning hot
Reduce to medium high heat
Deep fry coated meat for 8 to 12 minutes till crispy
Heat up sauce and lightly toss together and serve
For oven cooking:
Preheat @ 425
Put defrosted meat on baking tray and cook for 15 minutes
Flip occasionally till crispy and warm
Heat up sauce and pour over to serve
Chicken spring rolls
For best results – Deep Frying
Defrost spring rolls
Heat up oil in saucepan till burning hot
Turn to medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes till crispy
Cooking instructions for air fryer:
Preheat at max
Defrost before cooking
Cook for 6 mins and flip to the other side for another 6 mins
Ready to serve when both sides are crispy

Steam
defrost before cooking
wait till water is boiling hot
place dumplings on top of parchment paper in a steamer with lid on steam for 18 mins remove from heat and let rest for 2 mins before serving
